When we understand ourselves and the emotions we are feeling, we can better navigate the external experiences we face and navigate life with empowered insight.

We use art to dive deep into your inner world and discover profound insights on your emotional exploration journey. You don't need artistic skills to participate, it is simply a way in. Combining emotions with art helps us reach another level of awareness and exploration outside the boundaries of the logical mind.
So much can be said through art that isn't always easy to express through words. This is why art has always been such an important aspect of the human journey. Throughout time it has had a way of speaking to us and through us while invoking such deep emotion.
When we approach art from our inner world and ask specific questions to find the meaning within it, simple art can speak volumes to what we are experiencing and possibly even give us the answers we have been searching for in the external world. Using art in this way becomes a bridge to Self-Discovery by helping us dive in and feel what is going on in our own world in our own unique journey and gives us the outlet to express ourselves and move forward in a more embodied way.
Art can inspire us, empower us, explain what we are feeling better than words can, and unveils the unheard stories by reflecting the emotions we hold. Art gives us information about which lens we are looking at life, as a mirror, and guides us towards more empowering beliefs and a more authentic path.

~How to set yourself up for the day with a sense of gratitude and grace. When we start our day in a higher state, we are more able to navigate the day in a higher state. With consistency and momentum, this has the potential to change the way you are viewing the world.
~How to journey deep into your body and hear what your emotions have been wanting to tell you. Using meditation, breath, and movement to feel the body, we gain the ability to listen to what we have been holding and what the messages are for us to find so that we can move forward with deeper understanding.
~Using movement and art as a creative outlet to help move these emotions through the body to more easily be seen and bring them to form so you can better hear your own story that your body holds.
· In Module 1, you will learn how to Start your day with a higher mindset. The emotions we explore are Gratitude/appreciation, Curiosity, and Joy and expanding them.
· In Module 2, you will explore Anger and Fear, how similar they are in the way the body responds, and how to navigate and move through these in a healthy and safe way.
· In Module 3, you will explore Anxiety and Excitement, feeling the similarities and differences in them, learning how to distinguish between them.
· In Module 4, you will explore Grief and Shame and how to move them through while gaining insight from their messages and how to shift out of the heaviness of them to change the story and beliefs around them.
· In Module 5, you will explore Trust and Acceptance, how they work together and by using them together, how to create a powerful way to keep momentum going in your life, finding more self-trust and how it affects the external world.
· In Module 6, you will explore Awe/wonder, Love, and Liberation and how to embody and expand your capacity to hold more of these emotions in your life and how to share them with others.
By diving into the emotions in this way and learning where they are held in the body allows them to be felt and seen. Often that is all that is truly needed for them to move through and for you to move forward, to be seen and acknowledged. Through creation and expression, we hold them close and honor our emotions, learning how to release them while listening to the messages it is sending. We also learn how to expand our capacity to hold more deeply the emotions that we want to experience more.
How this work has affected my story:
After struggling to feel comfortable in my own skin for years, I decided one day driving to a job I hated, that things needed to change. I stepped into creating and started painting what I was feeling and seeing in myself. Throughout this deep inner journey, art has been one of the main keys in helping me delve deeper into myself and uncover layers of old stories that I had buried in my body. I then spent 10 years digging deep within myself to start living my best life, be a better parent, a better human, and discover what I am truly meant to do in this world as an embodiment and life coach.
Over the years of doing this work, my relationship with my husband has greatly improved from near divorce to greater love and connection. My relationship to my kids has completely shifted as I better understand what I am navigating in my own inner world and increased my capacity and knowledge to share with them. This has created the ability to help them understand how to navigate and work through experiences and feelings in their own lives with compassion and understanding. Through this work and personal journey, I have also discovered my deeper purpose in life. Part of my overall mission is helping others navigate the inner world of emotion and transformation, helping to find the authentic power that resides within.
By creating this container and guiding you through emotions combining deep inner work through breath, movement, and art, I inspire you to create lasting change, create more space in your emotional body, and find a deeper capacity for stepping into your truth.
