 "I just wanted to thank you so much for your energy and guided meditation tonight.  I needed it so badly. I have slacked on my self care and meditation of late and you reminded me how essential it is for my health, my heart, and my growth.   I didn't read your letter until I got in my car tonight. I was seeking reassurance that I am moving my life in the right direction and to learn more about the spiritual world and gifts that I may have and want to help grow. 

I mentioned my cousin's birthday tomorrow...well, in all honesty I am always seeking glimmers of him from anywhere or anyone at these things. My father as well. They have really been the only 2 people in my life that made me feel utterly safe and that it was ok to laugh, dance, be strange, to just love life with no inhibition. They both passed away and I have yet to find that same feeling of safety and acceptance since. Your energy tonight...made me feel safe- I didn't want to leave haha, so thank you for that.  I also wanted to tell you that of all the people I talked to tonight... there was no glimmer of my cousin or my dad, only in your letter.  There was a part you wrote that said "Go into your cave. Light up those shadows. Dance. Play. Set yourself free." 

I couldn't stop crying when I read that...  My cousin and I used to play in a cave by a quarry (which is also where he died)...and my Dad always played the drums for me while I danced when I was little.   You made me feel close to them tonight...for that I don't know to thank you other than saying thank you...from the bottom of my heart. Thank you.  ....and I hear you...and them...I will light up the shadows and dance and play...;) "
